JACQUELINE Y. CASSIDY
Ms. Cassidy handles cases in the fields of insurance subrogation and defense. She represents property and casualty insurers on a national and regional basis in matters concerning complex commercial and residential property losses involving fire, water, negligent construction, and product defect. Ms. Cassidy works on cases throughout the United States using the services of local counsel.
Ms. Cassidy obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University and received her JD from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law in 2004 where she was a James Beasley Scholar. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Cassidy served as a law clerk to The Honorable Clyde W. Waite in the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County.
