MARK C. CAVANAUGH
Mr. Cavanaugh is a shareholder in the firm and concentrates his practice in professional negligence, products liability, premises liability and large loss property subrogation.
He graduated from Villanova University in 1980 and from the Delaware Law School of Widener University in 1985. He was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 1985. He was a law clerk for the Honorable Charles A. Lord in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia before embarking on a 10 year career with Raynes, McCarty, Binder, Ross and Mundy. He has coordinated, written and spoken frequently in a variety of litigation topics including property subrogation, personal injury and professional negligence. He is an active member in the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP), a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Civil Litigation Committee, a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association Medical Malpractice Committee, the Brehon Law Society and many other social and civic organizations.
